Introduction/Presentation
First we'll start with a consultation call to determine if our company is the best fit for you. During this call we will show a detailed introduction and presentation of our portfolio and ideas tailored to your brand. This will be your time to ask questions and relay any information you believe to be helpful during the design process. We will go over the entire design process as well as a deeper understanding of our contracts and payments.
Contracts and Invoice:
Once we decide to move forward, I'll provide clear contracts and an invoice, ensuring transparency and mutual agreement.
Strategy Call:
We'll schedule a strategy call to delve deeper into your vision, goals, and any specific requirements.
Design Process Begins:
Following our discussion, the actual design process kicks off, where I bring your ideas to life.
Client Reviews and Revisions:
You'll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback. We will go through revisions until we achieve a design that aligns perfectly with your vision.
Project Completion:
Upon your approval, we'll consider the project completed, and I'll prepare for the final steps.
Payment and Final Contracts:
The remaining payment will be due, and I'll provide you with the final designs along with any necessary contracts.
- To initiate any project, a 50% deposit is required upfront. After revisions have been made and approved, a final payment is necessary. Upon receipt of the final payment, all designs will be released to you along with the required paperwork, granting you full rights to the design.
- For your convenience, I understand that budget considerations may vary. If needed, we can discuss the option of splitting the payment into manageable installments. My aim is to accommodate your preferences and make the payment process as flexible as possible.
